Hehehehe!!!! HOw fast are you going when you take these pictures?? Last time I did that, I was going almost 80 MPH. I love sunset pictures, it really makes you think about the beauty that God has created in this world.
Yeah, that's about right....between 70 and 80! LOL! At one point, the clouds were a dark blue-gray, and the undersides were hot pink....the photos just didn't do it justice.
yeah, it' hard to really capture that moment, when the sky is so many shades of BEAUTIFUL!! but.. it's a lovely shot just the same. :D thanks for sharing...
Next time, could you STOP aling side the road to take the photo? I'd like you to be around to enjoy many, many more examples of God's wonderous splendor. I'm not sure though which I enjoy more - sunsets or sunrises.
I don't mean to spoil your fun, but as a volunteer emergency medical technician, I've seen what can happen from one second of inattention. I'd like you to be around for a long, long time.
I am a small-town, Southern gal. I have been married to the love of my life for 24 years, and have four wonderful kids...a 21 y.o. daughter and a 10 y.o. son, and also a son and a daughter already in Heaven. We are members of The Church of Christ and are trying to raise our children to be faithful followers of Christ. I am a phone triage nurse for a busy OB/GYN office near Atlanta, but spend most of my time at home in Alabama with my family. We have just built a house after living in our "starter home" for twenty years. We did a lot of the work ourselves, and still have a TON of work to do.
I love to be "crafty", but am often guilty of buying all of the supplies to make something, and just never finishing it. "Not finishing things" seems to be a theme with me, hence the word "Slacker" in my blog title. I am hoping this little blog will motivate me to complete the tasks I've started!
