Awwwww - poor feller. Doesn't look like he will be needing that watering hose I see laying there.
My prob is my plants are jungle-like but I don't have many blossoms. Daddy said I got carried away with my fertilizer. I fertilized with the same philosophy as I decorate - more is better! :-D
I di pick my first peppers a few days ago and fixed Greek Stuffed Grilled Peppers. yummmmo
You poor things, will he be building an ark soon? Is it seriously still raining down there? I hate to say it, but when we were visiting your fine state, we had perfect, primo weather. Hang in there! Hope you have a dry weekend, Sue

I can't believe it's still raining. You could send a bit our way, we could really use it and I'm sure you won't miss just a bit! Hope your garden turns out well. I have a black thumb so have to garden vicariously through all of my blogging buddies lol. Kathy
I think it's so sweet that Marty's out there talking to the vegetables. They need to feel the love after all that rain. Is it possible to drown a tomato? Are you sure you don't live in Oregon?
I am a small-town, Southern gal. I have been married to the love of my life for 24 years, and have four wonderful kids...a 21 y.o. daughter and a 10 y.o. son, and also a son and a daughter already in Heaven. We are members of The Church of Christ and are trying to raise our children to be faithful followers of Christ. I am a phone triage nurse for a busy OB/GYN office near Atlanta, but spend most of my time at home in Alabama with my family. We have just built a house after living in our "starter home" for twenty years. We did a lot of the work ourselves, and still have a TON of work to do.
I love to be "crafty", but am often guilty of buying all of the supplies to make something, and just never finishing it. "Not finishing things" seems to be a theme with me, hence the word "Slacker" in my blog title. I am hoping this little blog will motivate me to complete the tasks I've started!
He's not watering the garden is he? lol.
ReplyDeleteand a mighty cUte one too! ;) stay dry marty!!
