That's all - "thanks."
It's not an award, in the sense that it needs to be passed along. It's just a small token of my appreciation in honor of a blogger who has "made me smile."
Barb, you have NO IDEA how much this means to me! I have ALWAYS tried to make people smile, whether it be through telling jokes, making funny faces, saying or doing stupid things, giving hugs, being a shoulder to cry on, and now, through blogging. I "met" Barb through the HGTV Message Boards and followed her to her blog, Grits and Glamour. She is SO talented and I just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE everything she does. Through her blog, I've also come to "know" her beloved husband, Mr. Grits, and her TOO precious grandson, Cole. My blogging buddies have become like family to me!!
THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!!
So now, a little something to leave you with:
That is so sweet. You make a lot of people smile everyday.
ReplyDeleteKori, you are so sweet too! You make ME smile too!!! :o)
ReplyDeleteI know this is a strange question but how do you do the "cross-out" thing on your posts? That is SOOOO cool! Thanks.
ReplyDeleteaww congrats robin! you definitely deserve the recognition for keeping us ALL smiling [laughing our booties off] :P
ReplyDeleterelish in the moment,
Tracie
Just came over from Bar's and I have to agree, you are a very funny lady. I love the pics of the dogs. They are just so funny and then your blog about the thunderstorms, wow what a tramatic drive. You must have a lot more courage than I do. Great fun and congratulations. I'll be back. Hugs, Marty
ReplyDeleteYou so deserve this! I love coming to visit, you always make me smile, actually you usually make me laugh out loud! And I was wondering the same thing about the "cross out" thing - inquiring minds want to know! Hugs, Kathy
ReplyDeleteFirst of all....WELCOME to all of my new visitors and followers! I am tickled to death to have you here!!! Visit often!!!
ReplyDeleteAs far as the line thing goes...
I had to "google" to figure it out. OK, it is as simple as doing this:
OMG....I just tried to type in the instructions and it won't let me!! UGGGH! Let me try it this way....follow me if you can....
First type in the "less than sign" (<)
Then type in the letters "del"
Then type in the "greater than sign" (>)
Type in whatever words or comments you want to have a line through.
Then type in the "less than sign" (<)
Then type in the "back slash sign" (/)
Then type in the letters "del"
Then type in the "greater than sign" (>)
Also, you must do it under the "Edit Html" tab and not the "Compose" tab when you are typing in a new post. When you post, it will show up as Crazy with a line through it! Really simple!
Now this only works with my particular blog type. So, if your blog looks similar to mine, then it will work. Now, if you have one of those "fancy" blogs, you have to do something similar, but not exactly the same. If my way doesn't work for you, the just google "How do I put a line through a word in my blog?" and it will show you for every type of blog.
Whew! I hope that makes sense!!
Again, Thank you for visiting me and I hope to see ALL of you again really soon!!
HUGS AND KISSES!!
Robin :o)
