Enjoying the last few moments of the Holidays!

Hello everyone (all Zero of my followers...lol)! I hope everyone out there had a wonderful and joyous Christmas holiday! We had an absolute fantastic time and everyone seemed really excited about their gifts. We spent Christmas day at my mother-in-law's house, along with my husband's total of 40 relatives....yes..... that's 40 people (not including our family) in my hubby's immediate family...YIKES! My hubby has 6 sisters and 2 (living) brothers (one passed away 30+ years ago). That's 10 kids in all folks! There is so much fun and excitment out there every year! There is nothing funnier than watching 40+ people all opening gifts at the exact same time in one room.
One of our nephews shares the same odd tastes as I do, and he "enlightened" me on some crazy you-tube videos and also this very odd and gross link.

***WARNING*** if you are scared of bugs, or a member of PETA....DO NOT OPEN THIS LINK! LOL! Fortunately, I am NOT afraid of bugs, nor ever plan on being a member of PETA, so I got a kick out of it!

Oh, BTW, the nephew that got all the quarters (from the previous post) LOVED his gift! It was one of the funniest moments of the day when he opened it!
Like a dummy, I forgot to bring the freshly-charged battery with me, so I don't have too many photos, but I did manage to catch my daughter and hubby relaxing on the couch watching Indiana Jones.

Doesn't hubby look soooo excited? He HATES, HATES, HATES having his picture made which makes for some very interesting photos...lol! (Come to think of it, I really don't have any pictures of me. I HATE getting my picture made more than ANYBODY! I'm so fat, I try to avoid the camera at ALL costs! I guess since I have a blog and all, I really should try to get at least ONE good picture. Maybe, if I ever have a follower, they may want to know what I look like....Hmmmmm, I'll have to think on that one......)

On Saturday, we met my mom, my sister and her family, at Red Lobster for our annual Christmas dinner. Then, off to my mother's house for the opening of presents....WOOOO HOOO! The kids played until they couldn't play any more! By the time Saturday night rolled around, the kids (mommy and daddy, too) were ready for some REST!

Oh, and to prove to my self that I CAN actually get SOMETHING done, I made these ribbon memo boards for my great nieces and nephews. (Sorry for the horrible photos. They got loaded in the car before I got proper pictures and the lighting was horrible when I tried to get some photos) If anyone wants one (or ten) let me know! I TOTALLY stole this idea from The Nester at The Nesting Place. I have gotten into SOOOO much trouble reading her blog. I have started so many projects she has posted. I think I want to be her when I grow up! Here is a link to her blog: http://nestingplacenc.blogspot.com/

OH, and the very best gift I received was a comment on my little ol' blog from Kim Wheeler from Endless Possiblities. You must check out her site.

She makes the most precious wall art and has the most adorable kids!
