Birthday aftermath!

Hey y'all!

First of all, I just want to thank all of you for your super-sweet comments over my last post. I really didn't set off to write another novel, but I feel like it is important to write down what I can remember, so in the future, my children will know about their birth, and will also see how much they were wanted and prayed for. I would like to write a book one day, but I wouldn't even know where to start! So for now, I will just share with all of you!

I like all of you so much better than the rest of the world, anyway! LOL!

I've had my hands a little full with a sick little boy over the past couple of days. Fortunately, we think it isn't the flu, THANK GOODNESS! We think it is just a virus that he gets from time to time. If it is the flu, it's the mild form.

I don't see how a child can go from running, playing, screaming, hollering, and laughing, to a sick little boy in such a short time.

Thankfully, he's had no fever or vomiting since yesterday afternoon, and he slept pretty well last night (Us, not so much...lol). He's even drank 2 cups of Sprite this morning.

Things are looking up!

So, since we are still in "recovery mode", I thought I would share pictures from his birthday party Friday night.

Everyone had a great time, kids and adults included!

I hope you enjoy the pictures!

This is Jameson opening his "big" present....you know, the one I hid in Chelsea's closet.

He LOVED it!

Who knew that ONE toy could make such a HUGE mess?

Here is his mac-daddy birthday cake made my his Aunt Candie. He picked out this cake from a picture on the Internet. He loved it!

Here is the artist herself......and this is the BEST picture she would let me take of her.

Here is quite possibly the cutest and sweetest baby ever! My great-nephew, Bryson.

Jameson (with his cool look) and his "friend that's a girl" Gracie.

Jameson and his BFF, Isaiah.

The "older" girls....they were just too cool for the little kids.

(L to R: Chelsea, Sierra (my niece), Kacie (my great niece), Megan, and Skyler (on the floor)

Chelsea having a good time.

The whole gang!

Jameson attempting to blow out his #7 candle. It was a sparkler, so he couldn't blow it out. LOL!

I love the kids in their "Army" hats.

Kung-fu Jameson.

Cutie-pie Gracie and Jameson. He was mad because he wanted to get his clothes "just right" for the picture, and we wouldn't let him.

OK, he's got his flags and his stickers "like he likes it". Gracie and Jameson. He bought her a necklace before the party so her goody bag would be "special".

Jameson and Spencer.

Spencer, Gracie, and Jameson. Jameson did not like Spencer standing next to Gracie. He told him to move and stand next to him...lol!

We all had a great time, and were so glad that everything went so well.

HAPPY 7th BIRTHDAY MY LITTLE MAN!!
