Does anybody remember these ugly frames from several months ago?
Plus, a not-so-ugly frame, with a few loose joints, I found on super-duper clearance at Hobby Lobby:
Add a little white spray paint:
A little wash of brown and gold:
And TAH DAH! Here are my new and improved frames!
This is my original inspiration from Lou Cinda at Tattered Hydrangeas:
However, the openings in my frames are VERY small (3 1/2 x 5) so now I am trying to figure out what to put in them and where to actually hang them.
Maybe dollhouse silverware? LOL

ReplyDeleteI've got some old frames that need a little spray paint TLC.

WOW! these frames looks awesome!! I have 2-3 old frames but in my store room. My bad.
ReplyDeleteYou are a genius - what can I say. What beautiful success. I really like the wire shelves too. I'd put a mix of soft and hard things on them. By this I mean soft and hard edges. So plates, candles, antique book and then some soft - artificial fern, small plant - antique doll. Have fun.
ReplyDeleteLove those! What a great idea, too. LOVE Sonny's ideas! :)
