We are "uptown" now!

Not only do we have a beautiful new deck that hubby put all of his blood, sweat and tears into, 

I walked outside Tuesday and saw this off the porch:

What?  Is Marty making a landing pad for UFO's?

Nahhhh, he's just getting the ground ready for the POOL!

I know it's not huge, or in-ground (like the majority of pools in our neighborhood), but it's just what we needed to let the kids have a little fun, whenever they want, this summer.  Jameson LOVES to swim, but is at the mercy of invitations by others to get to go.  He is thrilled to have his "own" pool now.

This was the first night the water was in.  They jumped in to help stir in the salt. 

This is the first "official" swim.  The water was freezing (it was cloudy most of the day), but the kids still had a great time!

First a deck, and now a pool. 

 What's next? 

Cabana boys? Country Club Memberships?  Caviar?
